Unique visitors October: 1,188 – That’s more than last month, and there’s still six days to go.
Visits: 7,288 – Again, more than last month, by a couple thousand. And with about 6.2 visits per user. Which is another increase. 50% of those visits are less than 30 seconds. Which is up slightly, but 20.5% of those visits are 30min – 1 hour and 10.6% stayed longer than an hour. Which isn’t bad for a site that updates as infrequently as we do (not counting my Twitter digest).
Bookmarked: 116 of the 1,188 unique visitors have bookmarked the site. That’s about 10% (9.7% to be more nice).
Some of the top things being searched for when the ill-literati site came up were, Tom Davis (my old philosophy professor at SUNY Ulster who recently passed away), Jedi Jesus, The Dude ill-literates (which is the dude over at deadair.ill-literati.org) and Blue Mic snowbal high gain patch (which is the patch for the USB Mic that I have uploaded to my site because you can’t find the fucker anywhere else). Some words that have come up in searches to the site have been Palin, McCain diminishing, hookerdragger (a friends band I had no idea I had referenced on here), and Charles Murdoch abortion (which would be a cool name for a band in itself).
Traffic increases, no comments are left for The Dude and my idea of serving up content is a daily Twitter digest. WTF?
And now, instead of writing and working on the internets, I’m going to look at some practice space my band has snagged.
